3.2 Government Fees
Government fees (visa fees, FRRO fees, biometric fees, etc.) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the respective government authority. This applies even if the visa is refused or the application is withdrawn.
3.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to query@the65radiantvisa.com
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Bank charges and currency conversion fees, if any, are deducted from the refund amount
3.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Service fees are not refundable in the following cases:
- Visa refusal due to client providing false or misleading information
- Visa refusal due to client's criminal record or prior immigration violations
- Client fails to attend scheduled embassy interview or FRRO appointment without rescheduling
- Client withdraws the application after submission to authorities
- FRRO application rejected due to ineligible visa type
- Force majeure events preventing service completion
3.5 Tour Package Cancellation
For tour packages, flights, and hotel bookings:
- 30+ days before travel: 80% refund
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Refund amount also depends on the airline's, hotel's, and tour operator's individual cancellation policies.
3.6 Travel Insurance Refunds
Travel insurance can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase (free-look period) for a full refund, provided no claim has been made and travel has not commenced.
