• Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Bank charges and currency conversion fees, if any, are deducted from the refund amount

3.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Service fees are not refundable in the following cases:

• Visa refusal due to client providing false or misleading information
• Visa refusal due to client's criminal record or prior immigration violations
• Client fails to attend scheduled embassy interview or FRRO appointment without rescheduling
• Client withdraws the application after submission to authorities
• FRRO application rejected due to ineligible visa type
• Force majeure events preventing service completion

3.5 Tour Package Cancellation

For tour packages, flights, and hotel bookings:

• 30+ days before travel: 80% refund
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Refund amount also depends on the airline's, hotel's, and tour operator's individual cancellation policies.

3.6 Travel Insurance Refunds

Travel insurance can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase (free-look period) for a full refund, provided no claim has been made and travel has not commenced.
